Redress Design and Delivery (RDD) is responsible for administering two redress schemes that acknowledge past harm, provide a range of support options for individuals who have experienced harm, and operate independently from the organisation responsible for causing the harm. It provides high-quality strategic policy advice and is responsible for administration and delivery of frontline services.
The RDD business unit administers the schemes via 'scheme-based teams.' Each team consists of a Senior Manager, Team Leader, Principal Consultant, Senior Consultants, Senior Assessors and support staff. The Strategy and Operations team provide policy, compliance, monitoring and business support across all two schemes.
The Administrative and Executive Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support to the Executive Lead, Redress Design and Delivery (RDD) and administrative support to the broader RDD unit.
The position provides opportunities to support and manage the effective operations and functions of the business unit ensuring business needs are met and high-quality administrative and coordination services are provided.
