As the Maintenance Manager (Permanent Full Time) you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Boondall as well as the Viridian retirement Village.

Things that work for us :

Trade qualifications in carpentry or plumbing (preferable)Ability to perform maintenance worksExcellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve;Ability to prioritise own schedule of activitiesAged or Community care experienced preferredSound Microsoft office skillsHigh level of customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsAbility to follow directives as per care planNationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
