The Role

As a key member of our management team, you will :

• Collaborate with the General Retail Manager to drive performance and exceed sales targets
• Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of jewellery consultants
• Lead from the front – closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service
• Foster long-term relationships with loyal clientele and new luxury customers
• Contribute to team culture and uphold the Solid Gold Diamonds brand values
