The Centre has 4 large pools including a 25m Pool, Program Pool, Toddler Pool (with a slide) and 50m Outdoor Swimming Pool.

We also have a Gym and Group Fitness studio in which offers a wide range of equipment for all patrons and staff to enjoy.About the RoleBenalla Aquatic Centre are on the lookout for group fitness instructors to teach a variety of group fitness classes!As a group fitness instructor, you will be responsible for leading a variety of group fitness classes and coaching a wide range of clients.

You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our classes.

You must also be organised to ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.We pride ourselves on our supportive and energetic environment, and we are looking for an instructor who can bring their own positive energy to our team.

If you are ready to inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals, then we want to hear from you.This is a casual position, with a starting hourly rate of $55.45 + super, experience / qualification dependent.About YouAs our Group Fitness Instructor you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness.

You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.

You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.Our ideal candidate is also highly organised, able to manage their time effectively, and can ensure the smooth running of our classes.

Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team!You will need experience in taking group fitness classes to be successful in this role.Essential QualificationsCertificate III or IV in Fitness or approved equivalentMaintain current AUSactive registrationRelevant certificates for the group fitness class that you teachHLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary ResuscitationHLTAID011 Provide First AidAt the Y, we are committed to empowering all Children and Young People to feel safe and be safe.
