Job description

Prior experience in a similar role will be highly desirable but not essential for the right applicant.

What will you be doing?

  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Supporting with business administrative functions including rostering, filing, scanning, document management, updating records and ad hoc human resources tasks.
  • Assisting the Total Care Nursing Services Team with operational support, ensuring that workers have the equipment and resources needed to conduct client services.

What are we looking for?

  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Well, presented, groomed and clean in an appropriate manner.
  • To understand and demonstrate the importance of documentation and time management.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
  • Appropriate visa to work in Australia
