Position Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader Customer Experience to bring service excellence to everyone who interacts with Council.
The Team Leader Customer Experience is responsible for the strategic direction, continuous improvement and delivery of customer experience across the City. The position will lead the customer experience team to proactively oversee the team's handling of customer enquiries, providing guidance on complex issues and resolving escalations effectively. Collaboration across other departments will be key to develop, implement and champion the service needs of the community and act as a change agent to create a community focussed culture.
This position is offered as a permanent position on a full-time basis, classified at Level 6 under the City of Burnside Administration Employees Enterprise Agreement 2023.
