    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

      Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

      Meet personal / Customer Service Team targets and call handling quotas

      Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

      Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

      Raise Return Authorities

      Organise Order discrepancies

      Navigate Freight delays

      Take the extra mile to engage with our Customers

    • Requirements
    • Proven Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

      Reliable

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      Excellent organisational and time management skills

      Exceptional customer service skills

      Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes

      Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently

      A flexible and self-motivated attitude

      Attention to detail

      Flexible to work a rotating shift : Monday to Friday

      We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual to join our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our vast Customer base and our Sales Team.

      Pay : From $45,000.00 per year

      Schedule :

    • 8 hour shift
