• ABOUT THE ROLE
• Be someone who loves being out on the road
• Be provided with a take-home car, and flexibility you only need to come into work to collect keys and you can do this once a week, or on a day of your choosing
• Responsible for completing Inspections
• Completing some Property Condition reports as required
• Completing final bond inspections
• Flexible working hours, would suit someone looking for part-time also 3 - 4 days a week or even school hours
• SKILL & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 6 - 12 months experience as an assistant property manager, property manager, or inspections consultant
• Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile
• Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
