- ABOUT THE ROLE
- Be someone who loves being out on the road
- Be provided with a take-home car, and flexibility you only need to come into work to collect keys and you can do this once a week, or on a day of your choosing
- Responsible for completing Inspections
- Completing some Property Condition reports as required
- Completing final bond inspections
- Flexible working hours, would suit someone looking for part-time also 3 - 4 days a week or even school hours
- SKILL & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 - 12 months experience as an assistant property manager, property manager, or inspections consultant
- Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile
- Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
