Welcoming Veriu Collingwood Brand new hotel developed in partnership with luxury developer Gurner 95 high-quality micro apartments Reception with small F&B offering Boardroom, pool & gym facilities Ideally located on Johnson St, Collingwood Your day to day Reporting to the Hotel Manager Working closely with our Hotel Managers Champion the full onboarding and ongoing training of our Housekeepers Conduct audits on hotel back of house areas, including chemical stock, MSD sheets, training of chemical use, equipment stock. Report Hazards, near misses and accidents at the workplace immediately to the Hotel Manager and complete Incident Reports according to procedures and requirements. Monitor and report labour costs and productivity output according to business demands.
