The Lessons and Improvement Team (L&I) within Emergency Management Victoria oversees Victoria's emergency management sector's lessons management systems and processes. The L&I team oversees the EM sector's lessons management IT system EM-Share, supports the State Review Team, and provides operational functionality within the State Control Centre when activated within the State Lessons and Evaluation Unit.
The position is responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support the Operational Coordination of the Emergency Management division. Duties for this role include but are not limited to :
