About your new role

This rewarding opportunity will see you reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following :

  • Establish a strong partnership with the Operations Manager to build a high-performing team
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring and development
  • Participate in the recruitment, induction, performance, and career path and training of team members
  • Ensure work instructions are clearly outlined for the team to ensure goods out, on time and in lien with company policy and standards
  • First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in regular audits to ensure that the team is compliant with company policy and procedures

About you

  • Passionate about creating a high-performing team and leading by example
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an excellent ability to problem-solve
  • Excellent skills with various technology, ideally Salesforce, JDE and MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with proven ability to build relations both internally and externally
