What You'll Do
Own end-to-end marketing strategy for major NBL Group events from concept to completionDrive go-to-market strategy and execution for ticketing, promotions, and sales conversionsLead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, production, commercial, partnerships)Monitor ticket sales performance and proactively pivot strategy to meet revenue targetsManage event marketing budgets to maximise ROIOversee audience segmentation, CRM strategy, and customer journey optimisationBrief media partners and agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and strong ROIAnalyse post-event performance and produce actionable insights for future eventsWhat We're Looking For
Essential Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in event marketing, campaign management, or brand strategyProven track record marketing large-scale sports or entertainment eventsExperience in go-to-market strategy development and implementationCRM / EDM program management and fan database marketing experienceStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing performance dataIdeal Candidate :
Background in sports, entertainment, or live events (highly desirable)Experience in the Australian sports industry or similar marketsCreative thinker who can develop innovative campaigns using data-driven insightsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to adapt quickly in fast-paced, ever-changing environmentsStrong project management and organisational skillsExpertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and traditional advertisingWhat's In It For You?
