Revit Architect / Technician

An exciting opportunity for a Revit Architect / Technician to join an established architectural practice located in the Perth CBD. You'll be joining an existing team and contribute to the documentation, construction process, and tenancy package preparation.

This award winning architectural practice has offices across Australasia, with a staff of 350 professionals. They are recognised for their depth of experience and design excellence in Mixed-Use development, Retail, Commercial, Hotels, Entertainment, Residential, Education, Health, and Civic / Urban Design.

This is a full time contract based position in the Perth office.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare documentation packages (including facade / finishes amendments) in Revit
• Manage and participate in the preparation of documentation packages in Revit
• Liaise and coordinate with external engineering consultants
• Work collaboratively to meet tight construction programs
• Contribute to and / or lead a team
• Tenancy Package Preparation
• Skills & Experience
• Tertiary qualified in Architecture or Drafting
• Strong Revit documentation skills
• Retail exposure essential
• Portfolio demonstrating similar projects delivered in Revit
• Proven design development, documentation, and detailing skills in variety of roles
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated project commitment to meet stringent deadlines
• Thorough understanding of local building construction techniques and the WA regulatory environment is considered very beneficial.
