• Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mobile phone issues.
• Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and Tablets
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and advancements.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Assist customers with technical queries and educate them on device usage and maintenance.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware (quality of LCD's, digitisers and parts) and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in mobile phone repair or a related field is a plus if you have experience of 1 year working in same industry locally.

Pay : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay :
