Entry Level Sheet Metal Worker

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sheet Metal Workers. No prior experience is required, as full training onsite will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a trade and build a career in duct fabrication and sheet metal work.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal ducts for HVAC systems
• Learn to measure, cut, and shape sheet metal to meet project specifications
• Use hand tools and machinery under supervision
• Work from technical drawings with guidance from experienced team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills in sheet metal work
• Perform quality control checks on finished products under supervision
• Collaborate with team members and assist with daily tasks as needed
• Requirements
• No previous experience required - training will be provided
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic math and measurement skills are a plus
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
