Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately prepare quotes using modern estimating software
• Liaise with insurers, customers, and workshop staff to ensure smooth job flow
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Help manage the throughput of a busy workshop

You Will Need :

• Previous estimating experience in the smash repair industry
• Confidence working in a high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with insurance platforms and quoting systems
