Remuneration Package : $368,514 - $460,349
You'll move between diverse clinical settings, from the operating theatres to the high-dependency and intensive care units, delivering anaesthesia and acute pain services that make a real difference in patients' lives. Your day will include meaningful interactions—whether you're consulting with colleagues across departments, mentoring junior doctors, or engaging with patients and their families to ensure they feel informed and supported. You'll contribute to clinical governance, participate in peer reviews, and help shape the future of care through education and research. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $368,514 (L18) up to $460,349 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
