What You'll Be Doing Calling pre-qualified homeowners who want to hear from you Unpacking their energy bills and matching them with the right battery or solar setup Educating them on government rebates and programs (we'll train you on this) Using our proven systems and tech (Pipedrive CRM, Pylon quoting software) to move fast and stay sharp Working in a team where hustle, output, and energy are the norm What You'll Bring Phone-based sales experience (you've done this before and you're good at it) High energy and output—you're not shy about picking up the phone Strong interpersonal skills—you read people, build trust, and know how to close A problem-solving mindset—you listen first, then tailor a solution that makes sense No solar experience needed—we'll train you fast What's In It For You Base salary + high-earning uncapped commissions Hot inbound leads, no cold calling Fast onboarding, ongoing training, and full support from proven leaders A buzzing Adelaide CBD office with a team that plays hard and works harder This is for people who want to perform, get paid, and grow.
