About The Role :
This organisation is seeking a skilled APS6 Organisational Change Analyst to drive strategic, people-focused change across a major transformation program. This is not a technical / ITIL role, but an opportunity to support impactful organisational change by engaging stakeholders and guiding smooth adoption across business and technical teams.

Location : ACT, QLD, VIC
Contract Duration : 12 Months + 12 Months Extension

Partner with impacted business groups to understand process changes and identify change impacts Support the Change Manager in executing strategic change plans and communications Develop change artefacts including stakeholder maps, impact assessments, comms, and training content Act as the bridge between project teams and business units, ensuring aligned change outcomes Foster and maintain effective networks with stakeholders to embed change effectively Collaborate across teams within a dedicated Change Management Centre of Excellence What You'll Need :
Demonstrated end-to-end experience delivering change management initiatives Experience with complex or large-scale change in dynamic environments Hands-on capability with executing tailored change and communications plans Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse internal stakeholders Desirable :
