We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a role geared towards delivering exceptional hospitality interactions with a focus on Member and Guest Services.The Club is a 27-hole facility that prides itself on delivering a great golf and hospitality experience.

The primary responsibility of this full-time, hands-on role is overseeing the Food & Beverage Operations of the Club.

The Hospitality Manager will ensure a first-class experience for our members and guests by providing exceptional service and promoting a friendly, 'club' environment.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of the club's hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, catering, and eventsDevelop and implement strategic plans to enhance Member satisfactionOversee the recruitment, training, and management of hospitality staff to ensure excellent service deliveryManage budgets, inventory, and cost controlsFoster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional developmentEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standardsContinuously monitor and improve hospitality operations to exceed member and guest expectationsWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (minimum 5 years) in a hospitality management role, preferably within the golf or premium dining industryStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experienceProven track record in driving operational efficiencyExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant qualifications in hospitality management, business, or a related fieldWhat we offerAt Kingston Heath Golf Club, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
