The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.

This is a hands-on workshop role where you will coordinate the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets.

Key Responsibilities

In this full-time role you will support coordinating the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets. Some of your duties will include :

• Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
• Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
• Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
• Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
• Perform vehicle repairs in the workshop.
