A great opportunity for a Trades Assistant to join our fully geared Defence Maintenance Contract team based at Warradale near Adelaide SA.

The Trades Assistant is responsible for the assistance of maintenance activities including tyre fitting on a vast range of exciting Defence vehicles and assets.

About The Role

Helping trades personnel with all types of work in the workshopAssisting in maintenance and storeroom tasksMaintaining the work area in a neat and orderly mannerOperating plant and equipment where qualified and licenced to do so

About You

Hold a current Driver's License (C class, manual, open)Have a great attitude, a good work ethic and complete tasks with minimal supervisionAdditional experience would also be highly desirable;Tyre fitting experienceHigh Risk Work license with competencies in ForkliftComputer Literacy using Microsoft office products (especially Excel)You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
