Job descriptionAdministering head and subcontracts with precision and confidence Managing variations, progress claims, EoTs, RFIs, NoDs, and cost tracking like a pro Working closely with the site and project teams to ensure cost and contract outcomes are nailed Liaising with clients and subcontractors to keep everything tight and above board Quantity Surveying degree ( non-negotiable) Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on civil or concrete construction projects Proven track record working for civil contractors or construction companies in Australia / NZ or UK ( preferred) Solid understanding of contract law, construction methodologies, and project cost controls Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Perth-based, high-impact major project – no FIFO grind Work with a respected mid-tier contractor known for delivering quality projects and backing their staff Room to grow your career within a company that actually promotes from within Join a project where you’ll be trusted, empowered, and valued Only applicants with relevant Australian civil construction experience and full Australian working rights will be considered.

We’re looking for a switched-on, commercially savvy Contract Administrator who knows the ins and outs of civil construction and is ready to hit the ground running. No FIFO. No camp food. Just great work, a great team, and a salary to match.
The Opportunity :
- Perth-based role – enjoy your own bed every night!
- Work hours : 7 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday
- CIRCA $150-160K Base Salary + Super
- Immediate start available, project is live!
- Be part of a well-established contractor with a solid pipeline of WA infrastructure work
