We work with a range of household brands across a number of verticals – you'll enjoy the variety and exposure to all facets of the digital marketing ecosystem!Just as importantly, we're known for how we treat people – both out clients and our team.

You will be joining a growing, dynamic agency in a full-time role and will be supported and mentored by an experienced Digital Account Director and MD who are vested in your development.About the roleOne minute you'll be working with our videographer on our latest Reel, the next you'll be deep in campaign data with our specialists, uncovering testing and optimisation opportunities.We'll lean on your creativity and love of digital to help our clients grow, while surrounding you with support and collaboration to keep growing yourself.

Build deep client knowledge, becoming an expert in their business, competitors, customers and market landscape.
Leverage your expertise in digital, media, and content to develop market-leading strategies for both new business opportunities, and your existing client base.
Work closely with our operations team to deliver client campaigns through thorough briefing, organised project management, and great communication.
Tap into your love of data and analytical nous to interpret data, surface insights and drive performance improvements that exceed KPIs.
Manage content production including videographers, photographers and shoot days, ensuring work is on-brief and on-brand.A little about you : You've been referred to as a "people person" – you're a confident communicator and natural relationship builder.

Clients feel heard and understood, and you can translate their business / marketing problems into digital opportunities for us to execute.You're organised.

And you can help your clients, our team, and our external suppliers get more organised as well.You know your stuff.

You're a solid digital marketer who is conversant across all digital channels and knows how to walk the walk.Importantly, you love the space and are vested in staying ahead of the game – the digital landscape changes quickly and we need to move with it!What's on offer?We're a small team, capable of big things.

Social and content - Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Spotify paired with various content formats and creative

Digital media and channel strategy - SEO, SEM, full suite Google Ads, programmatic (CTV, dOOH, OV)
