    • THE POSITION
    • Drive compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets within the Urban Business.
    • Support operations to make financially impacting decisions based on the day-to-day management of the Workforce Plan.
    • Use forecasts on labour demand & labour supply, trend analysis, gap analysis and scenario building of ideas & initiatives, to ensure maximum financial returns.
    • Follow business process to ensure all portfolio criteria and labour demands are met in the Workforce Plan process.
    • Manage the forecasting of planned / unplanned events for all Casual Pool staff against operational / contractual targets.
    • Provide input into the development, implementation of agility-based strategies and ideas.
    • Ensure we plan to have surplus of relief labour available to utilise against seasonal revenue opportunities.
    • Assist with forecast requests for additional services effectively ensuring cost mitigation has been considered in the process.
    • Provide training support to operations to facilitate best in class workforce management.
    • THE PERSON
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop teams, with an emphasis on fostering growth, diversity, and inclusion.
    • Proven track record of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, with the ability to convert analytics into real-world solutions.
    • Experience in working with roster to pay labour systems.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate, and form impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Background in the hospitality or retail sector, is preferred but not required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Positive 'can-do' attitude, who can work autonomously in a team environment.
