Loan Set Technician

This role involves performing administrative functions on behalf of the Company, representing it in compliance with the Code of Conduct, Business Principles, and employment agreements. It also requires operating within the regional Operations Team Charter to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, ensuring outstanding customer service.

What will you be doing?

• Pick, pack, check, and receive all stock, including loan sets.
• Process & dispatch loan set / kit returns, ensuring they are intact and ready for re-issue promptly.
• Inspect returned materials / equipment quality, verify their status in SAP / My Mediset, and ensure accurate ownership transactions.
• Assist with stock rotation and removal of expired items when necessary.
• Supervise products by batch / lot and serial numbers, ensuring all are individually tagged.
• Identify discrepancies in bookings and ensure CAPA procedures are followed to minimize risks.
• Handle domestic and international shipping, communicating delivery details to relevant departments.
• Track loan sets during dispatch and return to facilitate quick turnaround and availability for the VIC Operations team.
• Support customer service with inquiries, ensuring accurate bookings and stock transactions to aid billing and stock control.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of bookings to meet branch and internal metrics.
• Perform general warehouse duties and collaborate with sales staff to meet patient needs and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 / ISO13485 standards, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and uphold housekeeping standards.
