About the Role Reporting to the division head, this senior executive role will drive end-to-end commercial performance across the company’s live cattle trading operations. From vendor engagement and contract negotiations to international logistics and regulatory compliance, you wil oversee a multi-faceted operation built on strong values, operational excellence, and trusted global relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of each unique trade, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and management of each step of the supply chain. Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and delivery terms with key stakeholders including producers, agents, feedlots, and international clients. Oversee domestic logistics and pre-export supply chain processes, ensuring adherence to animal welfare, biosecurity, and ESCAS standards. Champion customer experience, ensuring timely communication, problem resolution, and long-term relationship building. Drive operational reporting, financial settlement accuracy, and post-sale compliance across all trading activities. Collaborate closely with regulatory bodies, industry partners, and internal teams to maintain the company’s market-leading reputation. About You You are a commercially astute leader with a track record in managing complex supply chains and trade operations. You combine deep industry knowledge with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to build high-trust relationships across a diverse and fast-paced environment. You will bring : Proven experience in complex agri-export, or commercial agribusiness operations, ideally livestock related. Deep understanding of industry frameworks including regulatory requirements. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with the ability to manage contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. Leadership experience in managing teams, stakeholders, and high-value transactions. A genuine commitment to animal welfare, customer service, and operational integrity. Why Join?
