Hiring Community Support Worker

• About the Role

You will provide individual support to people that have a disability and / or psycho-social needs enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering care to our clients across hospitals and aged care facilities across the Brisbane metro and surrounding areas. • What you need
• Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
• At least 6 months' previous work experience providing community support
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker screening check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain)
• Flu Vaccination
• Full Covid Vaccination proof
• Be highly organized, flexible and reliable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
