Your new role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Analyst to join our IT department at our Head Office in Nambour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Provide first level support to MacKellar Group users.Maintain and update documentation of helpdesk proceduresTroubleshoot hardware and software issues; assisting with equipment roll-outs and manual handling of equipment.Monitor Helpdesk ticket logging system ensuring incidents and requests are acknowledged in a timely manner with validation stepsSupport IT's On-Call weekend roster to provide service to remote site during business hours, attractive compensation offered in addition to salary for this.What you'll need to succeed
Previous Helpdesk experience, MSP highly desirableRelevant IT qualifications or equivalent experienceMicrosoft certificationHigh attention to detailsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIf you're an experienced ICT Support Analyst with an excellent work ethic, attitude and safety conscious approach, then we want to talk to you.
