Apprentice Baker, 2Nd Or 3Rd Year

The Opportunity exists for a Part time Apprentice Baker to work with an established Bakery team.

• Key Responsibilities
• You will be required to learn to prepare and bake a full range of traditional and Gourmet breads to the high standards determined by the Bakers Delight system.
• Be proficient and able to instruct others in all aspects of bread baking and all bakery machinery.
• Ensure as production staff you will need to uphold Bakers Delight standards of health and cleanliness.
• Participate in all aspects of stock control.
• Adhere to production schedules.
• Calculate production and waste values.
• Remain fully co-operative with all bakery staff with regards to systems, routines and other requirements essential in ensuring a successful operation.
• Requirements
• Must Have a current drivers licence
• Must be flexible with working hours
• Weekend work required

Must be hardworking and driven

• 3 week rotating Roster
• 6am Starts
• 5.5 to 6 hour shifts
• every 3rd weekend off
