Leads are generated through a variety of activities, including free trials, referrals, cold calling, and industry events. This is an individual contributor role.
Role locationWhat your day to day will look likeFacilitating demos of our software to potential customers and showcasing the value of our appDeveloping relationships with customers, and understanding their individual needs and working with community partners to increase involvementWorking closely with the Sales Development team who are responsible for lead qualification and demos bookedMaking calls and following up with clients to meet their needsDeveloping and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customersPerforming research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisationConverting trials and leads to paying customers, through qualifying leads and nurturing themEnsuring a smooth hand over to our post sales team with relevant information to provide a smooth onboarding transitionAchieving monthly new customer and revenue targetsProviding up to date territory forecasts and insightsMaintaining your sales activities in our CRMStaying informed of industry news and trends, and incorporating it into content strategyParticipating in events, webinars and marketing to help boos to help boost our presence in your local marketStay informed of all industry news and trends, incorporate it into content strategyQualificationsWhat you need to succeedPrevious experience in a sales role, ideally in SaaS / techProficiency with various computer software systems such as - Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Hubspot, Google Docs, Atlassian, IntercomDemonstrated success in meeting sales goalsAbility to comfortably talk to othersExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood time management and organisational skillsAbility to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personallyWillingness to travel to give presentations, meet with potential customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and other eventsWillingness to learn and understand the Ignition product and value propositionAdditional Information
