We're seeking an exceptional Head of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary journey at a breathtaking 5-star property nestled in the heart of Fiji. With 200 opulent rooms, exquisite restaurants, chic bars, relaxing lounges, and enchanting wedding facilities, the resort is the epitome of indulgence.

Key Responsibilities :

Spearhead culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Develop innovative menus that showcase local flavours while catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.
Lead and inspire a team of talented F&B professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee restaurant, bar, lounge, and wedding operations, maintaining impeccable standards of service and ambience.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed expectations.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an F&B Director in a luxury hospitality setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a multicultural team.

Creativity and flair in menu development, coupled with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences and creating cherished memories for guests of all ages.
