The Capability Specialist will consult with key stakeholders across the Group to understand business problems, the desired outcomes from learning interventions, and determine and design the most appropriate learning sequence and experience
As a Capability Specialist, you'll design, build, deliver and monitor learning curriculums, courses and on the job support tools that enable our people to confidently and competently adopt changes in process, systems, behaviours and deliver exceptional outcomes in their roles and for our customers.
This role will not just see you investigate training needs but crafting comprehensive, engaging learning experiences. From detailed content briefs to immersive digital and instructor-led training, this opportunity will see you designing a curriculum that's as dynamic as our enterprise transformation journey. It's about bringing learning to life, whether through engaging system walkthroughs or practical, on-the-job support tools.
And it doesn't stop at creation; we're hands-on in rolling out these programs and you'll be coordinating and facilitating these learning experience whether in person or digitally, ensuring they're not only launched but lived, with quality and compliance at the forefront, driving exceptional outcomes.
About You
In our search for the ideal candidate, we're looking for someone who truly grasps the essence of effective learning solutions. You'll come equip with a solid understanding of training needs analysis and the ability to pinpoint the exact moment learning is most impactful.
You join us with a diverse skill set, encompassing the design and creation of varied learning experiences, whether it's e-learning modules, interactive simulations, or engaging video content. Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and digital video editing is a preference, and we'd love to find someone with a sound understanding in Adobe Creative Cloud and web development languages.
