You'll work alongside highly experienced Solicitors, including Accredited Specialists, and be part of a firm that embraces innovation, values contribution, and supports career development.

Your Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare court documents, correspondence and legal forms with precisionManage e-lodgements, court filings, and compliance with formatting standardsHandle diary management, deadlines and scheduling across litigation mattersLiaise professionally with clients, courts, and external partiesAssist with billing, time entries and accurate file administrationWork closely with a team of Solicitors and Legal Assistants to deliver excellent outcomes

Who You Are

We're looking for an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant who brings :

Experience in a legal assistant role (ideally litigation-focused)Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court processesExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentationConfidence using legal software - ideally LEAP or CLIOA proactive, can-do mindset and collaborative approach to team success
