Your work will ensure business systems are meeting the needs of Micromine stakeholders globally.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, your key responsibilities will include :
Testing existing business systems and processes.Analysing gaps between stakeholder specifications and outputs then recommending improvements.Prototyping new ideas, concepts, and designs whilst incorporating stakeholder feedback to refine solutions.Working with stakeholders to demonstrate system changes ensuring all business needs are addressed.Developing documentation, including standards, guidelines, process maps, manuals, user guides, videos, and tutorials.Delivering end-user training through both face-to-face and online (Learning Management System) methods to support change management.About YouYou will have proven technical expertise with CRM / ERP solutions (e.g. NetSuite Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce), as well as familiarity with Agile and Waterfall approaches to project management and software development.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications :
Either a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or previous experience within a similar role.Demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.Exposure to writing, modifying, and debugging solutions coded using web technologies.Next StepsVideo
