About the Role
We are seeking a customer-obsessed, hands-on Brand Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will leverage your experience in data analysis and insights to execute Australian brand campaign strategies that drive consumer growth, loyalty, and improve brand health metrics. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Growth Marketing, Retention, Mx Partnerships, Sales, and agency partners to implement these programs, fostering ongoing growth and engagement with our target audiences. This role requires a strong understanding of the marketplace to create engaging brand experiences and demands seamless collaboration across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop data-driven marketing and brand strategies to enhance brand affinity and volume in new and existing markets.Implement initiatives that bring cultural relevance to our platform among targeted audiences, aligning with our brand strategy in Australia.Conduct audience segmentation and create tailored campaigns based on specific need states (e.g., young families, sports fans).Gain support for campaign ideas from stakeholders including DoorDash executives and external agencies.Manage relationships and collaborate closely with AUNZ marketing channels like Performance, Retention, Partnerships, and PR.Identify marketing opportunities through collaboration with the Audience Insights team, data analysis, and external data sources.Drive project momentum through strategic planning and adherence to timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes.QualificationsDegree in marketing, advertising, or related field.7+ years of Brand Marketing experience, preferably within major household or global brands launched in Australia, with budget responsibility.Proven track record of successful, innovative campaigns with disruptive creativity.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and extract actionable insights.Experience in developing and executing strategic brand directions based on cultural and consumer insights.Fluent in marketing mix strategies, capable of engaging cross-functional teams early in initiatives.Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated with team mobilization skills.Creative, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset with a focus on creative strategy.Deep experience in creative production across channels, with an emphasis on cost-effective quality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Note : The job is active and not expired.
