SMALL PORTOLIO OF 80 PROPERTIES
Paying up to $75k + super + car allowance

Operating out of a modern state-of-the-art office, this boutique agency client is the first choice when it comes to Real Estate!

They are seeking a property manager / junior property manager, to service a small local portfolio around the Lower North Shore

This Agency has a fantastic team culture, they will train you up to be able to manage a portfolio for the first time, the current property manager has been there for a number of years and know the portfolio well so there will be plenty of support and training provided!

The Role

Monday - Friday position, this role will see you reporting into a friendly, award winning PM. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to :

Managing a small portfolio of 80 properties

Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants

Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues

Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections

Carry out regular rent and lease reviews

Monday - Saturday role with a day off through out the week

No Accounts

Previous experience in a Property Management is preferred

Chinese or Cantonese speaking is advantageous_

A current certificate of Registration & driver's license

High level of professionalism and commitment to superior customer service

Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal

High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
