- About the Role
Due to company growth, we have an opening for an additional
Client Service Coordinatorto join Clean Force.This position is responsible for coordinating, resourcing, leading, training & developing a cleaning team inclusive of people with Disability / Mental Illness and / or from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds, developing client relationships, and ensuring all aspects of the contract cleaning scope are achieved.
Responsibilities include :
Induct, train, coach, supervise, manage & lead Team Leaders and frontline cleaning staff including those with complex learning and vocational support requirementsEnsuring all allocated sites are inspected regularly, according to the site needs and Clean Force process.Build and maintain strong customer relations, ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with the Clean Force service.Effectively manage and backfill vacancies, either with existing staff or by hiring additional employeesPrioritise, organise and allocate work areas, sites and tasks to cleaning staffEffectively managing employee absenteeism, performance and conduct issues, in consultation with upper management.Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre, interim and final quality inspections).Accurately maintain training and induction records, file notes, timesheets and rosters for all direct reportsManaging quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams.About YouWe are seeking someone who can lead a cleaning team with care and consideration, whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
A current Victorian drivers licence (essential)Experience working in a management or supervisory role within the cleaning industry (essential)Highly developed verbal & written communication skills (essential)Highly developed planning, co-ordination and time management skills (essential)Highly developed interpersonal skills & ability to develop rapport with employees / customersExperience working with people from vulnerable backgrounds (highly desirable) or a willingness to learn.Good skills in training, and an excellent ability to relate to others from various backgrounds.Ability to build and develop strong customer relations, ensuring customer excellence.The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company.Qualification in one of the following areas is desirable but not essential : Certificate IV Community Services, Certificate IV Employment Services, Certificate IV Training and Assessment and / or Certificate IV Asset MaintenanceWhy Join?You will be working in a close-knit team who thrive on excellence across all areas, and are passionate about the Clean Force purpose.
