Job descriptionYou will Embrace and model an agile mindset to work in or with multi-disciplinary teams Set and execute product and service roadmap in close collaboration with an Agile team and senior stakeholders Lead Squads, collaborating with different stakeholders on the tactical aspects of product development Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities Negotiate, engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver products and services, build service delivery capability and promote the agency's services Contribute to strategic planning with a particular emphasis on addressing the service delivery needs of the customer / end user Set the prioritisation of and acceptance criteria for solutions and provide sign-off that they have been met Undertake ongoing stakeholder engagement to ensure detailed understanding of user requirements is always current Identify and manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies Be the voice of the customer / end user during sprint planning meetings Contribute to the management of programme budgets, staffing resources and associated product reporting You will have Minimum 5 years of experience in project and product management Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management Minimum 5 years Agile / SAFe / DevOps / Scrum Delivery experience, demonstrated by successes in delivery of digital products that meet user and business needs Experience in requirements elicitation across stakeholder communities Ability to translate business and customer needs into user stories / features and prioritise these using a product backlog Fateh Singh 0482 073 494 ARIS-ZINC offers an end-to-end service approach with a unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane markets. Our client is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of implementing a digital product within a government department. The Senior Product Owner will work directly with the agile project teams to deliver on the required capabilities and technology roadmap. They will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the digital solution.
