Also, balance having enough products to meet demand with the costs of storing and managing inventory.Set service levels that meet customer expectations, such as fast delivery and high product availability.Identify target audience, their needs, and preferences and define product unique selling points and competitive advantage by developing advertising, sales promotion and public relations strategies.Understanding customer requirements and tailor solutions.

Addressing concerns and negotiate prices.Finalising transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.Generating reports on stock levels, stock value, and stock movements by accurately record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.Generating financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Understanding of the software to track stock levels, automate reporting, and optimise inventory management.

Also, hands on in using accounting software to record financial transactions, manage accounts, and generate financial reports.Estimate income from sales, services, or other sources through revenue forecasting by identifying and categorising fixed and variable expenses.Overseeing staff recruitment, training, supervision, performance management, and development to maximize potential and drive business success effectively.Ensure workplace safety by staying updated on regulations, assessing risks, developing policies, providing training, and conducting inspections to prevent injuries and promote a safety culture.
