About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. The Senior Operations Officer role encompasses a variety of administrative, leadership and technical duties. The role provides guidance, training and coaching to team members on procedural and technical issues as well as providing support to the leader with planning and supervision.

The relative importance of the accountabilities will vary depending upon the focus of either Service or Support as outlined in the performance goals for each function.
