This role is Monday-Friday, hours ranging from 7am-5pm. Paying $33.91 per hour.
- To be successful in this role, you will
- Provide consistent and high-quality service standard to our customers, embedding a First Time Right culture
- Be able to commit to a roster with hours ranging from 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
- Provide solution-based outcomes with an emphasis on customer experience
- Manage your own work performance to meet set objectives
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
- Ensure business compliance to relevant governance requirements
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, escalations and complaints
- Schedule customer deliveries to ensure best use of warehouse capacity
