Our Service Advisors provide support to the service department by processing manufacturer's warranty claims, arranging bookings, and managing service contracts. It's a fast-paced and dynamic role.
If you're currently looking to move from working on the workshop floor (as a mechanic) or seeking a less physically demanding role, or if you have experience in the automotive industry, this role may be a great fit for you.
You will report to the State Service Manager and have many opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge within a professional service environment. The role includes :
