About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time 12-month contract.

In his role you will support and enhance our MySales incentive platform (powered by Performio) . This is a key role within our Finance Systems & Data Analytics team , focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our incentive processes that directly impact sales performance and engagement.

You'll be the primary go-to for system-related queries, data integrity issues, and enhancements—working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless and reliable experience for our end users.

In addition to supporting the MySales system, you’ll contribute to broader business and systems analysis across our finance systems landscape.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the MySales (Performio) system to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive data.
• Provide first-line support for user queries, including system access, data issues, and reporting concerns.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, calculation errors, and system anomalies to uphold data integrity.
• Liaise with Performio and internal teams to manage system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system data feeds and integrations to ensure reliability and completeness of incentive-related data.
• Document processes, create user guides, and support training and knowledge sharing across the business.
