Zed3 Medical Group is a multi-disciplinary mental health business operating in Canberra and via telehealth around Australia. We are a growing business with a team of more than 70 staff and consultants working in Canberra and remotely.
Our clinical work is predominantly trauma-focused, servicing a variety of clients across the Australian Defence Force, First Responders, Veteran and Civilian communities.
We have an exciting full-time, permanent Relationship Manager position available in our team.
This role will drive initiatives that enable our ReviveMed and Veteran Services divisions to grow their reach and provide services to more Australians (particularly Veterans and Defence Personnel).
We are looking for someone dynamic and results-driven in business development endeavours with a passion for driving growth. It is a requirement that you have cultural awareness of the Defence and Veteran space and understand the challenges Defence personnel face during service and transition, particularly regarding their mental health. As such, prior experience working with the ADF or veteran communities is essential.
Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, with a focus on identifying and nurturing new partnership opportunities, particularly with General Practitioners, Advocates, Ex-Service organisations and other Veteran-centric organisationsContribute to the planning and execution of Business Development events alongside our Marketing and Communications Coordinator and Division headsPartner with health organisations to explore and develop innovative collaborations that enhance health outcomes for the population we serveIdentify new pathways to expand our service offering geographically and support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in executing new site launchesProvide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to leadership where requiredEngaging referrers and presenting the group's capabilities through meetings, education sessions, and eventsCollaborating with clinical and executive teams to align service offerings with market needsMapping referral activity and managing a live pipeline of leadsAnalysing data, providing market feedback, and adjusting strategies accordinglyReporting on KPIs and patient growth outcomesThe experience we are looking for Experience working in the veteran / defence sector, and where possible the health sectorProven track record in business development, stakeholder engagement and / or relationship managementExperience working in a high-volume work environmentHighly desirable that you possess existing connections within the veteran / defence sector, including but not limited to lived experience as a veteranDemonstrated ability to learn software packages and systemsAbility to adapt to different styles and build rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds and levels of educationStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and attributesWell-developed communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) in liaising with internal and external clientsStrong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlinesStrong oral and written communications skillsEmpathy, validation and understanding of the challenges facing our clientsWe would expect the candidate to be well-presented, reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude towards work. The position is full-time and would be based from our office in Bruce with interstate travel required. Free parking is available onsite.
