- For the occupations of Cafe / Restaurant Manager, Hotel / Motel Manager and Accommodation and Hospitality Manager
- At least Diploma in related field;
- Minimum of equivalent 2 years full-time work experience in hospitality sector;
- Experience in managing operations of cafe / restaurant or catering services / special functions is advantageous;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent communication skills; and
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- For the occupations of Baker, Pastrycook, and Cook
- At least a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Retail Baking and / or related field.
- Minimum of equivalent 2 years full-time work experience in hospitality sector;
- Fluent in English;
- Fluency in second language is advantageous;
- Must have a passion and interest in cooking and / or baking;
- Excellent communication skills; and
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- For the occupations of Chef
- At least a Diploma in Commercial Cookery and / or related field.
- Minimum of equivalent 2 years full-time work experience in hospitality sector;
- Fluent in English;
- Fluency in second language is advantageous;
- Must have a passion and interest in cooking;
- Ability to plan menu;
- Excellent communication skills; and
- Good planning and organizational skills.
