About the role

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality clinical care that supports our customers in the Perth Metro area to remain living well at home. Youll be operating independently in the community travelling to visit clients regularly and for emergency situations.

You will develop genuine connections with our customers and their loved ones and assist them to optimise their health and wellbeing and support their independence.

What do we need from you

You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic patient and caring nature.

This role does require you to have an unrestricted Australian drivers licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance as you need to travel to our clients homes.
