    • The role
    • As part of the GPC Asia Pacific Supply Chain & Logistics team, the Group Transport Logistics Administrator working closely with our key 3PL providers ensures that processing of all import shipments are completed and managed on time. The role will be responsible for ensuring receipt of goods into our offshore consolidation centre and processing through to our domestic DC network along with other imported order processing. This is a

    • About the role
    • Monitoring of the Import Costing Registration of import shipments for GPC Asia Pacific
    • Managing Offshore Warehouse allocation processing and shipment management including direct to store model
    • Checking accuracy and timing of costing process into the import costing system [transmitted via EDI]
    • Ensuring all processes have been completed for GPC Asia Pacific Distribution Centres can receipt shipment within required timeframes
    • Manage the flow of documentation required to be provided for clearance of shipments
    • Utilise the appointed freight forwarders I.T system to maintain and retrieve information pertaining to shipping documentation and Invoicing
    • Working with 3PL teams across Asia, Australia, New Zealand and GPC Asia Pacific Shanghai Logistics
    • Liaises with a multiple internal customers; Shipping Supervisor and Coordinator Supply Chain Planners, warehouse operations teams and direct to Store contacts
    • About You
    • Previous experience administrative and analytical roles
    • Demonstrated experience in managing deadlines, problem solving and prioritising work
    • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to ensure time is used effectively and deadlines are met
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with other staff, customers and suppliers
    • Proactive and Tenacious approach to process improvement & resolving outstanding and ongoing issue
