Proactive Physiotherapy & Pilates are hiring a casual receptionist / admin staff to join the growing team at Proactive in Hillarys.

We are a vibrant, friendly and supportive allied health clinic offering Physiotherapy, Remedial massage and Pilates services. We are seeking someone who will strive to provide a warm, welcoming and professional customer service experience for our clients in a fun and dynamic environment.

The role will include :

  • Meet and greet clients. Enjoy interacting with people
  • Working successfully in a team environment to ensure that front office runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Processing EPTPOS and HICAPS transactions. Patient billing of Medicare Care Plans, Worker's Compensation, NDIS and DVA Claims
  • General clinic upkeep and cleaning
  • Team player approach with a strong work ethic and commitment
  • Genuine passion for helping people in an empathetic, polite manner
  • Enthusiastic and energetic with an exceptional customer service approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in computer literacy - experience in Cliniko, Mindbody, Halaxy and MS Office is desirable
  • Clean, tidy, organised and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, time manage and multi-task, while working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eager to engage in a fast pace setting and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
