This pivotal role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes that ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety.You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to champion excellence from initial concept through to project handover, ensuring our developments support our clients mission to create positive social impact.

Key Responsibilities Process Development : Lead the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Property Development Processes across the full project lifecycle.

Project Delivery : Partner with project teams to develop key documentation, including briefs, project plans, and KPIs.

Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure projects stay on track.

Quality Assurance : Oversee inspections, audits, and compliance with industry standards (BCA, Australian Standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS4801).

Education & Mentorship : Provide training, guidance, and leadership to internal and external teams to embed quality standards and continuous improvement.

Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, integrate best practices, and conduct post-occupancy reviews to continually enhance processes and project outcomes.

What We're Looking For ? Degree or Master's in Property Development or related field? Project Management qualifications essential? 10+ years' experience in large-scale property development? Strong knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and relevant codes? Proven ability to lead and embed quality processes across complex projects? Background in construction quality management, including ISO standards? Passion for social change and improving outcomes for communities Highly Regarded : Postgraduate qualifications in Design, Project Management, or related fieldMembership in relevant industry associationsExperience in Aged Care or Retirement Living sectors Why Join??
